You will find 3 big families:
  1. Les Enfants de Zarifeh (Descendants of Ishaq son of Zarifeh)
  2. Les Zarifeh aux Liban (Mostly from Deir El Kamar, possibly descendants from Mikhaïl son of Zarifeh)
  3. Les Zariffa Melkites (From Egypt, also possibly descendants of Mikhaïl)
I believe they are all related, but have not yet found the link between them.

Once you log in, you have access to the data of all three families.
